It is 55 square metres, sleeps 3+2, and has two terraces with views of the sea and the coast. Very quiet, it is habitable in both the summer and winter seasons.

For those who are in the mood for the sea this is the ideal place, it is like going on a cruise with the pleasant discovery of keeping your feet on the ground.

You enter on a landing where there are four doors, one on the left, one on the right and two in front:

- Through the left door we enter a very large bathroom with shower, washing machine and a window overlooking the sea, the bathroom is clad in light-coloured stone.

- Through the front door on the left-hand side we enter the bedroom where there is a double bed, a single bed and, if desired, a cot. On one wall there is a very large built-in wardrobe with an iron and ironing board. From this room you have access to the terrace on the south side facing the sea where there is a stone table and two deck chairs.

- Through the front door on the right side we enter the dining room where we find a table, a cabinet with satellite TV and two armchair beds. In the kitchenette we have everything we need for cooking: gas oven, gas cooker, fridge with freezer, toaster, coffee machine both Italian and German, dishwasher. Also in this room we have a television and an iron with ironing board. From this dining room you can exit onto a terrace where the view is breathtaking: you can see 80 km of beach from the Romito promontory to the Gulf of Baratti uninterruptedly without thinking of the islands of the Tuscan archipelago.

A stone table with wrought-iron chairs and a sun umbrella are available for use on the terrace. For the cold months the flat is equipped with a heating system.

In the entrance on the right there is a door which can be opened on request and connects this flat with the MUREX studio.

The car can be parked in the private car park before going out onto the beach.

The beach in front of the flat is very large and free; in the summer months to the north there is a private beach and to the south the beach of a hotel where it is also possible to use the swimming pool.

In the condominium part of the ground floor there is direct access to the beach via a door outside where there is also a shower.

Maximum number of persons is 4, maximum number of extra persons is 1.
